Bought some floating bath lights- utter rubbish. Of 3 light units only 1 working- one damaged internally, one flat batteries even though brand new and one worked one time only, seal damage, water leaked in and it failed...... no QA on goods

Nice idea, but should have looked at the photos closer, I didn't realise the movie titles were printed outside the scratch area. :-/ (What fun is that??) Was looking for a quick fun stocking stuffer...It would be a a much better gift (and a lot more fun) if the movie titles were not listed..but just the movie category showing and the title a surprise when you scratch it off..like lottery scratch cards. My husband and I have been looking for fun ideas of how to pick movies during lockdown..this is just a new way for us to debate what to watch next. Not much fun TBH.

I only got half my order. I chased the second part a week after it was due & was told there’d been an error & it would be resent. When it still didn’t arrive by the following week I chased again to be told it was out of stock now & I would be refunded. That was 2 days before Christmas Day & too late for me to order another present! Not impressed. The item I did receive was fine though.

I ordered next day delivery so I could give it to my friend the next day. The face mask came 11 months out of date and the box looked much smaller than the picture. I’m sorry but haven’t had a great experience.

Placed an order and paid specifically for Saturday delivery. It didn’t arrive on Saturday. It’s now Monday and the order still hasn’t arrived. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I ordered my partner a Christmas gift and paid for Saturday delivery, it is now Monday and there is no sign of my order despite being encouraged on the site that it would arrive on the Saturday as there was a notice saying orders were running on schedule. Not too impressed as this is my first time using pressybox. I understand as it is nearly Christmas couriers are busy but if I paid for Saturday delivery I expect Saturday delivery.

Paid for guaranteed Saturday delivery and the courier Hermes didn’t receive the parcel from your side in time and I was not informed so waited in for a parcel all day that never came....... very disappointed is in an understatement
