The product was excellent, but the courier repackaged the item so it no longer was deliverable through the letterbox, which spoilt the whole experience.

Arrived late despite paying extra for next day delivery, with the shipping box very damaged. Thankfully the products were intact, and make good gifts.

Pamper pack was tiny but I should have checked dimensions. Will have to buy something else to go with it for my friend’s birthday. It is small but perfectly formed and I’m sure she will enjoy using it. Very disappointed that second item was out of stock , although still allowed me to order it. Left me hardly any time to replace it for Valentine’s day. Awaiting refund.

Pictures are very misleading of the actual size of things. Other than that items are well packaged,smell amazing and delivery was very quick!!

Although very happy with the experience of the website and ease of ordering a gift for my neice for her birthday disappointed that it didn't arrive on the date or even day after specified even after paying for express delivery!!

Although it was extremely easy to make a purchase at a good price I have found the dispatch time of the product extremely slow and have waited for longer than usual compared to other companies.

Majority of experience was good but the only thing that could be improved is not accepting payment if item isn’t in stock. With my order, it took my payment, 1 day later an emailing saying it’s been dispatched then got an email two days later saying one item actually isn’t in stock so will send it when it’s back in stock

Thank you. I ordered my gift at 6.00am on Wednesday morning and paid £5.99 for express delivery, however my gift has still not being received and no updates or tracking ability to tell me when it will arrive 😢
