Ordered an item and it didn't turn up so had to email customer service to be then told the item I ordered was out of stock. I checked online and it stated they had my order in stock but customer service then said there was a error on their website. My order was then cancelled which is very frustrating when it was for a birthday gift this coming week. Very unhappy 🙁

I ordered multiple items one was delivered it took me pointing out three items missing before I was informed they are out of stock so now offering a refund bad business practice disappointment now wondering how long my refund will take I would not of paid postage on one item only paid as ordering lots so caught out on that too, if out of stock update system it is not hard in the age of computers, false promises disappointed customers

Goods ordered paid first class postage which meant should have received in 2days. 5 days later still not received. Some service from you my first and last!!

I ordered all for my husbands 60th birthday presents, paid, had confirmation email to then get an email to say sorry we don't deliver to Northern Ireland!!! Why didn't this come up when I put my address in for delivery plus have to wait 3 to 5 working days for my refund and had to go elsewhere and reorder and now the gifts won't be here in time.

It wasn’t that great I ordered a lighter and it came with no liquid in and it was tiny you charged me for delivery and it was £10 not worth it at all I was disappointed with what I received

Do not rely on PrezzyBox to deliver your gift on time, even if you choose next day or Saturday delivery because they certainly didn’t deliver for me. When you call yourselves “PrezzyBox" you need, at the very least, to be able to deliver presents on the day required, otherwise why bother...

Ordered 8th August with expected arrival date of 13th in time for my Grandson’s birthday. Order never arrived so I sent email of enquiry. Only then was I advised that company did not deliver to Northern Ireland. My personal experience as a first time customer with PrezxyBox was not good with very bad customer service. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

Choice of gifts is good. However, there are a couple of reasons for my rating. Although I was given a three day delivery window, my order still arrived two days late. These were birthday gifts; I ordered many things from many different retailers at the same time and this was the only one not to be able to stick to the given delivery window. Also, given the state the order arrived in (ripped boxes, squashed boxes - I can only hope the contents aren't damaged), perhaps my order was used as a football for a while, hence the late delivery. Like I said, good choice of gifts and knick-knacky items, but that's the only positive thing I can say. Not pleased with the service nor the quality of the packaging.

Parcel arrived yesterday 1st July….. and the marshmallow toasting kit only has a date on it til 14th July. Disgusting !!! This was going to be part of a birthday gift for my friends birthday end of the month so there is no chance on that. Nothing in the description stating a sort date. I will complain on Monday to your customer service. Very angry customer !!!!
