the service was good but the gift was really not very well finished, in fact it had rough edges which meant we had to file it down to make it safe to give to a child

I was a bit disappointed by the hat box, I was expecting it to be a little bigger and I paid extra for personalised ribbon but only received a pink ribbon. On the plus side it did arrive on time.

Very fast delivery but disappointed with the lack of presentation and no instructions on how to use the product. I had expected it to at least be in a box !

The items were perfect for what I needed but arrived very dirty!! Tags torn off one of them too. I'll just have to clean them before giving them as gifts.

I ordered a plant and Prosecco popcorn as a surprise for my Mum for her clear-versary The process was easy from start to finish and the selection of gifts is amazing for all occasions. Only disappointing thing from this is all though I placed the order on Saturday I was hoping the delivery service used (Hermes) would have delivered the item by Wednesday or one the day. Slight let down but didn’t ruin the celebrations.

I did not seem to have an opportunity to specify a delivery address before checking out. I contacted you immediately by phone but as it was bank holiday Monday there was no response so I sent a message via your contact form. However you obviously didn't see the message before despatching the gift to me instead of my friend.

Bought the letterbox wine for a reason because it fits through the letterbox but sadly Hermes re boxed the gift so too big to fit through.left it by the bins so was not put through the letterbox. Was meant to be a suprise but wasn’t till the evening I had to asked if they had received anything through the post. He had to go look for it. 😏
