Christmas present bought on the 20th didn't even get sent until after christmas. Even with 'guaranteed delivery before christmas.' What a waste of time.

Spent money to have chocolates in the box but it didn’t come with any. Wrong measurements of pictures which were stated on the website. And the top of the box has a loose fit

Item ordered was supposed to have arrived before Christmas (between 20-23 Dec). It did not. It arrived on 27th.

One of my items had been cancelled and I wasn’t made aware of this until I opened the packaging. It would have been nice if Prezzybox sent me an email informing me of the item they didn’t have in stock.

Order did not arrive on time despite having to pay a very high delivery fee. Another family member made an order the day after me yet received their order two days later. Not helpful when contacted.

it was so disappointing. I thought I was ordering a baby Bonsai tree which could be grown on, which seemed a lovely present. But all I got were about 4 small compostable pots and some seeds. It looked so unattractive and so unpromising that I had to buy another present, so I wasted my money. And it arrived late (just in time though, but I'd become nervous).

Gift was required for a Secret Santa. When I placed the order it said it would be delivered on 18 December. After paying for the items & £3.99 delivery, the confirmation email said it would be delivered between 18-22 December. The goods were delivered on 22 December, despite being dispatched on 19 December. Secret Santa was on 21 December, very disappointed & embarrassing.

Still waiting for my item, nobody has got back to me about where it is so I can't rate your services good I'm Afraid! Would appreciate a reply to my original enquiry asap please this is a Christmas gift now overdue.

The company confirmed my order of multiple Christmas present items, then didn't dispatch it. Supposedly this was because one item was out of stock, and I should've been notified but was not. So six items hadn't arrived ahead of Christmas with just one further postal day left. It took *several* phone calls to get a one-day delivery sorted out, and then it duly arrived to a new address with the supposedly out-of-stock item included - after I'd already replaced it. They don't get one star because the staff did sort out a last-minute delivery, but it was a bad and stressy experience that you don't want just before Christmas. A shame, because the products themselves were good and well-received.

The writing on the cup was lopsided, after complaining about this I was told the cup would be reordered. The original order was before the 9th December 2017 so plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. It is now boxing day and I still have not received the amended cup so it is useless to me now as I had to buy another gift in it's place for the recipient.
