I thought the product could’ve been better quality. It was really thin and when writing on it, you can’t really see the writing. I was really disappointed.

Bought two items, the money was taken out of my PayPal but I never received an invoice. I waited but never heard anything, so I bought one item again as I needed it quickly for a present. When I messaged them about the original order, I suddenly had an invoice emailed to me and said it was on it's way. I never had an email apologising, or even acknowledging what had happened. No check about whether I still wanted them or not as I had ordered again. I have given two stars instead of one, because I'm sure the items themselves will be fine once they get here. Well I hope so as one of them I will now be receiving twice.

Bought Poo Head for 7 year old grandson, boys like this saying !! Only one hat and 3 poos so not a game that would take long to play and no one can really join in, over in a couple of seconds, only kept it for the name and at £9.99 thought £3.98 delivery a bit steep

Book came with glue all over the front. I want a new one to be sent to me as it was very expensive. Not sure how to request this.

Service and web site needs to be rectified so that it is user friendly and much easier to use it takes too long to order therefore customers get bored and move on to a simpler site

Paid extra for next day delivery before 12 on Friday, didnt arrive before 12 so called to find out where is was and was told they will contact dpd and get my order delivered that day. However, it was not delivered. And when i checked the delivery myself it said delivery wouldn't be until Monday. I emailed 2 complain but got no response. So the birthday gift I sent was 3 days late. Very disappointing.

When I ordered this, I thought it would be delivered on 11th November. When I realised delivery would be between 11th and 17th, I tried to cancel, this was just a half hour after placing the order. An automated email advised they would be in touch asap, but it might be too late to cancel if the item (personalised bottle of prosecco) had been created. I received an email a couple of days later to say item already dispatched and should be received on the requested date. It arrived the day after, which I didn't want. I will stick to flowers in future, to ensure delivery on the special day.

I ordered the infinity pad. Arrived today. When I opened the parcel the box was half open and contents laid on top. Very poor. I will be asking for replacement.... Photo taken as evidence! Very unprofessional.

Box was damaged due to the way the delivery person put it through the letter box. Product was very thin so really no excuse for any damage being caused.

Hi i received my order from you today. Sadly the order was not complete as instead of 5 x 40ml gin experience pack, I received one bottle light in the pack, so 4 instead of 5. The missing one appears to be the 40ml "Quince and Ginger' (batch no 0015). As this is my first ever order from Prezzybox I am extremely disappointed. Your company seems to have some good gift ideas BUT I am not likely to order from you again if my order is not rectified properly.

Ordered a gift for a birthday, said in stock but was advised the day before the birthday that not in stock so I did not have a present sent as expected. Very disappointing all round. May be a one-off but not sure I would use them again, unfortunately

For a present selling website it’s both frustrating and very disappointing that you can’t include a note to the recipient who has sent the gift. For this reason I probably wouldn’t use this site again
