Poor quality hardback. Smudged on one side. Looks like it’s been handled by someone with greasy hands. Bit unsure of first part of story detail. Person it’s for was born mid October but apparently had a heartbeat in January. I wouldn’t have thought so. The rest of it is ok though. To be honest I was expecting a better quality book for the price. And a shame about the smudge.

Sorry, but received my parcel today and the box was damaged with my bottle of gin liquor hanging out of a hole in the bottom corner All goods have been received and are ok, but you need to have a word with your couriers This was supposed to be a surprise gift for my wife, who now knows what it is after receiving the parcel at the door!!

Very disappointed. Vase is an 80th birthday gift. Engraving wasn’t great and the vase wasn’t even cleaned, Cat believe it was sent out in that state, feel like I’ve just wasted my money!

Orderd a storm glass and it came without the plinth that it was meant to sit on. Hopefully that will be resolved!

Beware. Delivery at there sellers control. You cannot arrange for a date to meet a Birthday or similar. Web site gives very little chance for buyer to check details of order.

The picture is quite deceiving. The dimensions are as described but but the crystal on the flower isn't as big as shown. Disappointed.

The mask was beautifully made but just wasn't large enough in depth to give proper face coverage, i.e. from the top of the bridge of the nose to well underneath the chin. I know some people have longer faces than others but I don't have this problem with a surgical mask.

My order delivery date changed after purchase so didn't arrive on time for the event and what did arrive was poor quality and quite frankly embarrassing to give as a gift!

Website really difficult if one is ordering from overseas- in the end I pretended I was ordering from the UK in order to get it to accept that Australian quarantine rules don’t apply to London. No option to send a message with the present, which is odd. Delivered to the wrong address, only got to my brother (opened!) as the kind lady who received it got on her bike and rode it across town.

The item arrived packaged well but in poor condition. Was offered a replacement but it would be too late for the recipient as a gift. Disappointed that I received a dirty, dog eared book in the first place.
