“Packaging could've been slightly better, the box was lightly crushed, which I understand is not the fault of prezzybox but the products inside were not very well protected. There was bubble wrap but it was used to fill space in the box rather than protect delicate items, because of this one of the hot chocolate bombs was cracked and the box containing them crushed. The rest of the products were fine however.”

“I found this website by accident but it was exactly what i was looking for in terms of a few quirky and fun stocking fillers. Everything arrived quite quickly, was good quality and I would be very happy to use this site again.”

“Easy to navigate around the website, easy to complete purchase, fab delivery (although if I hadn't paid for Saturday delivery, I don't think I would've been happy having to pay £3.99 for standard delivery). One of the boxes came a little damaged, but so close to Christmas there's nothing I can do. I would definitely buy from here again though.”
