Goods have yet to turn up. Delivery should have been between 23rd to 25th April. Still waiting.

I ask for a gift card to be out in the box saying who the present was from. The present arrived late after his birthday and there was no gift card in the box so he didn’t actually know who had sent him the gift . His mum had to message me asking if by any chance it was me . Disappointing .

Ordered product 16/4/18 for 50th Birthday present, his birthday was 24/4/18. Delivery stated delivery 19/04 - 24/04 which i thought was perfect. I have not received product yet and it is now 21.00 on 24/4/18.

The package wasn't delivered in the estimated time and i couldn't see the tracking. I still haven't received an e-mail that the package was received.

On making the order was told items would be delivered between 16th-19th April which was fine as my daughters birthday was the 19th April. The two items were part of a pamper hamper I had made for her so very disappointed when the items were not delivered until 21st April making them too late to go into the hamper.

E-voucher didn't come through Delivery took longer than expected and when I contacted customer services about it all, they just resent the e-voucher and ignored my query regarding tracking of the other items in my order.

Birthday gift arrived day after 3 day delivery window-too late 😡 And at £3.99 for delivery for a very small lightweight box made the gift quite expensive for what it is. The product itself however was as expected and works fine. I would use your site again just not for last minute shopping

I paid for next day delivery, and it didn’t come in time. The items I purchased were tatty and poorly made! The gentleman that answered my call was very apologetic about the delivery though

Ordered over a week before an 8 years old birthday and the gift still has not turned up. Emailed customer services and been told that until its 15 days past the dispatch date cannot be reported as lost.

My suckuk fridge magnet bottle opener does not sit flat on my fridge surface, also it has 2 small marks straight out of the packaging. Also I’ve since noticed you can buy it 50% cheaper elsewhere
