Nicely packed order looks ok it is a gift so can't say what it's like but pleased with order. Only adverse comment is I was not advised on exact delivery date so was not home when delivered and left on doorstep in adverse weather luckily not damaged order.

Purchase was quick and easy, however ordered on the 7th, estimated delivery claimed the 8th... It's now the 12th and I've not heard or recieved anything.

I think you have been ok but I ordered with you on Tuesday 7th dec apparently you have dispatched my order to hermes but they keep saying they have not received it and you can't speak to anyone and I needed my order for the 10th dec it's just crazy

I say acceptable because the product is good but I was lucky to receive the product. The label gave my name, number of my house with no street or village. Just No. 33 Barnstaple. Luckily for me my local postal staff or somebody recognised my name, and the street and local area were written on to the label.

Great, the order was promptly dispatched and delivered quickly. The only negative was the delivery company, left the package outside without checking to see if someone was home to take the package, therefore the package was soaked due to the rain and part of the order was a book which is all water damaged, not great as it was a Christmas gift.

Ordered 2 baubles with photo of my mum who passed away in September for my sister's to hang on their trees.The picture on the bauble is darker than the one I uploaded and the Finnish is to shiny therefore making the photo very hard to see.Not impressed at all this was supposed to be a heartfelt gift to my sister's of our mum but I now feel I can't give them for Christmas.Also I can't send them back or get a refund as personalised items can't be returned if not faulty.

Whilst the products ordered were fine the packing for despatch through Hermes was poor. The box arrived badly damaged and the box with the Pizza cutter was also damaged. Disappointing

Felt that postage was a bit steep. £3+ for a £7 (ish) gift. No option for a personal message that I noticed. And I've had to post this reveiw twice, so far. Annoyed at being asked questions just hours after gift arrived.
