“Amazing! Fast service and loved the wrapping paper results. Only area to improve was the uploading of photos onto the personalised wrapping paper was tricky and couldn’t edit it once added to cart.”

“The guy who delivered my order had fairly acrid Body Odour. The smell set my fire alarm off and we had to have environmental health in to fumigate. It wasn't Prezzybox's fault but this was part of the experience. I've rated 4 stars because the item i ordered arrived when they said it would. It would have been 5 stars but the address label on my parcel was at an intolerably jaunty angle.”

“The actual order was easy and arrived the next day. Couldn’t fault it at all. Just disappointed that the same item I ordered in July/August had gone up from £25 to £35. Seems a very steep increase.”

“The selection of items and buying of items was excellent. Prezzybox only got 4 stars because of the courier Hermes. The delivery was fast, only a couple of days but the packaging was damaged, I was just glad that the contents arrived safely. Think Hermes needs to slow down and respect the items they are delivering ( i have photos if you want then)”
