At the moment the jury is out on "Prezzybox" as they use MyHermes delivery company who, in my experience are truly woeful, but no doubt cheap, currently four days and waiting for delivery…….

Gift was as expected but I paid for standard delivery which was 2-3 working days last Friday. Only now have I received my delivery 5 working days later making me miss the opportunity to give my gift over Christmas. Not happy with the time it took for the delivery as it's not what I paid for.

The personalised writing was not engraved but stamped which I suspect might wear off when washed. Very disappointed as a result of this.

Not happy beautiful crystal glasses bought for my sister's Christmas and the didn't come boxed. Would be wary of buying from here again. You would think a GIFT merited a box.

I was charged twice for my order so had to ring for a refund on one of the payments (now received), then my order was thrown behind the plant pots in front of my house (which is on a main road) and the items packaging was damaged meaning it can now not be used as a Christmas gift.

Items good and staff helpful, but as they estimate deivery had to stay in several days waiting to receive parcel delivery which took 14 days. Won't use them again.

Parcel arrived to late and have to pay for returns, not allowed to return unopened popcorn that has a sell by date of like 2020. I understand that you can’t return food but if the rest of the products have arrived to late to be of use why do I have to pay for postage on top of the postage I paid for it to arrive on time

For charging £3.95 postage and offering a 1-2 day delivery period the delivery took 4 days! Terrible service for such a high delivery price. Would not use again! I’ll stick with amazon.

Was happy with the item. Not happy about the packaging. The outer brown package was stuck to the item. By the time I got it off the item looked second hand.

I ordered 2 items - a book and some bathbombs. The bathbombs look great, perfect christmas presents. However, the book was damaged, the pages through half of the book were bent and the back cover ripped. I ordered the gifts to work as I wasn't sure I'd be at home for delivery this meant that I didn't open the box until two days after delivery. By this point it is apparently too late to return faulty goods as the time window is only 24 hours. So I now have a book which I cant return and give anyone as a gift. Total waste of money!
