Specifically rang up and asked them to post to a different address. They said they would, but still the parcel ended up going to the wrong address and cost me extra to repost it myself. Poor customer service.

I emailed to ask when my items would be dispatched and the response I got was check the initial email for an estimated dispatch time. Less than 24 hours later I got an email saying my items had been dispatched. Firstly, the person who responded to my email should've actually checked the status of my order, the reply was lazy and unhelpful, secondly I strongly suspect my item was dispatched specifically because I had chased it up. Quite unimpressed.

When my item came it wasn't what I was expecting, the shot glass was fine as in size but the personalisation of it was dreadful, you ink is so faint even when you put colour paper inside you still can't see it. I'm too ashamed of giving it as a present as it looks as if I've done it myself.

I ordered a compact mirror as a gift , came pretty quickly but did the mirror did not close due to a faulty clasp, I sent a message asking how I would go about getting a replacement and I am still waiting on a reply that was a week ago.

I ordered two items, one arrived on time, but still waiting for the second item which I can't track. It's now 5 days overdue and the birthday present it was bought for has passed. So if it ever shows is now pointless.

Delivery took ages, I didn't realise how small the memory box was (which was my fault for not realising) but it's so small, what pictures would actually fit in it?? The teddie I was great and so was all personalisation, delivery needs worked on

Personalised newspaper arrived with totally the wrong date on it. Good job i ordered early. Paper consisted of 3 (thats all) pages of damaged and sellotaped up inner pages. Very poor value. And as it was a sunday edition (or not) they wanted an extra £20 surcharge. I wont be using them again. Having said that the customer service when i telephoned to complain was pretty good, although i had to resort to a web search to find the telephone number out. Still awaiting my refund and return label to send the 'newspaper' back.

I bought a star name for my daughter's birthday and specifically asked for certificate to be sent to me but this request was ignored despite my receiving confirmation email from you that it would be sent to me. My birthday surprise has therefore been ruined. All she got was the certificate, I was sent the constellation maps and booklet, so this meant nothing to her.

Good quality pendant but it was mounted incorrectly on very poor quality chain which broke after being tried on.wont be using this company again.christmas cracker quality for christmas day prices.cant even be bothered to send it back.chain in bin.wife likes the pendant though.

I don't know if the item I ordered is nice because I still haven't received it. If you need something within the estimated delivery date don't order. I'm still waiting 3 days after the lastest date. Not much use as it was a birthday present for two days ago. Very unreliable

I ordered three items as a gift fully expecting them to be delivered in one package. On realising that this was not the case I emailed customer services, even saying I'd pay additional, for them to be delivered as one. I was told this is not possible. Fair enough, not ideal. But I only know that one item was delivered and have not had notification that the other two gifts have been shipped/delivered. I do not want to ask the recipients if they got them as that is not the correct etiquette when sending a gift. From this experience I am unlikely to use the site again.

I don't understand how in the age of having what you want online where there are variations in colour or flavour prezzybox.com doesn't give you the option to choose. The item I ordered came in different scents and the one I wanted didn't turn up. When I emailed customer services to see if I could return it and they could send me the one I wanted day said that they couldn't pick a specific one... Very dissapointed.

I ordered two items both with a 2-3 days dispatch. One of the items I received on time the other was due to arrive between 27th June - 29th June, it is now the 1st of July and I am still waiting for this item. I rang our customer services on 28th June who advised she'll find out whats happening and will either call or email me back - as you can imagine I received neither! Really poor service and will not use you again!
