“The quality of items at prezzybox is fantastic. You can find a gift for any type of person. The only negative I had was I ordered a personalised item from one of their partners and I didn’t feel it was made clear that this item had a different delivery time to the rest of my order and now it’s going to be late.”

“Package was delivered in pouring rain and was soaking wet. Contents were damp. Contacted Prezzybox and they sent a replacement immediately - v good customer service”

“Ordered a prezzybox for my 11yr old neighbour to say thank you for delivering a food package to my gran. I found the process really straight forward & fun to pick out all the items. I do think there should be a section of cheaper items (£1-3) to fill in the gaps of the box & make more exciting for children. Also a general section to browse all the items on offer without picking a specific category. Overall, very happy. Thank you.”

“Service was excellent- product received before expected. Easy to use and good selection. However, the bath melts I ordered arrived slightly broken, with excess powder leaking from the box.”

“I love my phone bag BUT my phone is a very tight fit and it is not possible to close the flap with its popper fastening. It is so good to have the section for cards and the purse section with zipper fastening. All very compact”

“Necklace came sooner than expected and matched my order completely, good quality. My only downfall in the product is that even though I did order the longer 18in length it is shorter than the other necklaces that I own so will just need to get use to wearing one of a shorter length.”
