Part of the order still not here at March 14th TWO DAYS over after being ordered a week in advance! Over priced 'print' - £17.99 for a piece of paper that could have been completed on my home printer - Will never buy from here again

Ordered 2 items off your website for mother’s day. One item turned up on time and was happy, the other was supposed to come in between Tuesday 6th and Thursday 8th and didn’t turn up until yesterday (Tuesday 13th) if I’m honest I am highly disappointed as it was a mother’s day gift and I expected it on time

My delivery did not arrive on time and I had paid £4.99 delivery. After having this issue and not receiving my order I sent an e-mail to make the company aware of this and that I would like a re-fund, still waiting on a reply regarding this. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again, especially the fact this order was a gift.

Placed my order on Monday the 5th of March, leaving it with plenty of time to arrive for Mothers day. My order didn't arrive until Monday the 12th, completely missing mothers day. making my order completely pointless. Massive fail !

I was very dsappointedwith my purchases. The movie poster did not have enough recent movies and the others were so old. The travel poster is made up of places I would not want to visit. I thought it would be countries and well known places to visit. Very very disappointed

Having ordered three items for Mothers day only one was delivered beforehand. I am still waiting for the final two items which I have to give after Mothers day. No communication stating when they will be delivered, very poor service.

I paid the extra money to have my purchase which was a birthday gift delivered on a specific day. I was not warned that the weather could delay delivery & was not refunded the extra money paid for delivery even though the package ended up being 3 days late. Bad weather is not unusual in the UK and customers should be warned if deliveries are going to be affected.

I ordered a 'mother's day' jigsaw. The item arrived without an image of the assembled puzzle to use as a guide! I emailed (phone lines out of action) to complain and was told it was down to your partner who did not routinely provide a picture for a jigsaw but they would. As the date for Mothering Sunday is fast approaching I telephoned to ask when would the image arrive? I was told as soon as possible if the item does not arrive in time I will not be impressed by your service! BRIAN DIETZ SE2 0DX

Even though I specifically ordered and confirmed in a separate email that I would like Daily Mail not Daily Mirror I still received Daily Mirror. I spoke to their customer advisor who told me that it is probably that the publisher did not have Daily Mail for the date which I ordered. Don't you think that they should inform me before they actually printed and put book together? Presentation is very nice though and would recommend it

The terranium didn't have any packaging which was disappointing and the 'grow your own terranium' plant kit had two rips in the cardboard box so was disappointed to give this as a gift.

my product was very flimsy and had broken on arrival. The doors were not straight so it does not close fully. very angry as I ordered it for mother’s day.

The shopping basket did not have a preview of the card. I had two cards I had chosen and only wanted to send one and had to make a guess as to which was correct and delete the other as I could not see which was which. The card then did not arrive in time.

I wanted to return an item - not easy, as you have to email them (no return label with product/s) and still haven't received a return label. I wont be ordering from here again! :-(
