I did not receive my gift for a friends birthday it damaged before it got delivered. I emailed you to send another out but because you had no stock left of this product I got a refund.

My order came late despite paying an extra £10/$20 au for shipping alone which was a total waste. I bought a few silly gifts for my boyfriend including the potty putter set and when it arrived I was surprised to see how sexist the packaging was my boyfriend is surrounded by cool women and the packaging has like 15 instances of women being crossed out on it. Seems really outdated and I regret buying it

I didn't get an option to write a message on my present so u sure if the recipient knows the sender ... I paid for Saturday delivery as it stayes on website deliveries are unaffected by covid 19 and are going ahead as normal however it hasn't been received !

Shopping was easy. I was disappointed that a wallet I ordered showed a picture that you could have a personal message written inside but the option did not come up. Maybe you need to check pictures of items to make sure they correspond to the item.

Very disappointed. The personalised box was missing along with the personalised message. Just received a brown cardboard box with choc bars in it. However my review may change if I get a response to my emails sent today and what I ordered is correctly sent to me.

I was very disappointed when I messaged your company within 5 minutes of placing an order, and you refused to add a gift message for my parcel. That's not the kind of customer service I look for when choosing a company to deliver a gift to a loved one.

As a website aimed at people wanting to buy presents for others, with an option to choose to have it delivered directly to the gift recipient, I was really disappointed that there was no option to write a ‘gift message’.

Saw advert for chocolate hamper saying delivery in 3/4 days, as I wanted it for a birthday gift in 5 days thought I would order. Once order was made it stated my purchase would not be with me for 11 days!!! Missed birthday so had to to a supermarket and try to pick up alternative, not ideal.

The original delivery date was extended but only once the order was confirmed and paid for. The birthday box will now possibly be up to a week late.
