“Great service, nice choice of gifts to choose from and plenty of emails to keep me informed of the order and intended delivery. I can't fault the service or the standard of items I ordered, everything arrived speedily but utilising Hermes for delivery is always hit and miss, I found my delivery on the floor outside my home and the box damaged, but thankfully the internal packaging kept the item safe!”

“Ordering and delivery were fine. While the item appears to be of excellent quality it is, unfortunately, far too small for my wife's size 7 feet so will have to be returned for a refund.”

“Very easy to use. Fantastic it's made in the UK. A little disappointed with the sticker that says 'Lettetbox red wine" as a present receiver. As a present giver I'm able to take the sticker off! (Maybe sellotape could be placed length ways, box able to tare with it width ways!)”

“The Prezzybox website was easy and hassle-free, I found the products I wanted and they were all shipped and sent out together. Apart from Hermz leaving the box out to get wet it was a great site to use and I will definitely use again.”

“The item I ordered ( Drinking Roulette) was of good quality, at a great price point. It was a gift to one of my mates for his birthday, and we had a great time playing it. I was however disappointed to see that the delivery was by Hermes, which is notoriously unreliable, but thankfully my order came on time. Furthermore, the box that the game was delivered in was mishandled and dented in some parts.”
