“Everything arrived today But the box was far to big so the soaps had come out of there box and the parcel itself was ripped open and left on the door step in the rain”

“Overall a very good experience. Only improvement I'd suggest to the order process would be to add an order confirmation email when someone pays by PayPal. I received notification from PayPal that the authorisation was successful, however I did not receive anything from Prezzybox. A few days later I wanted to check what I ordered and had to do this via the website rather than just checking an email. But other than that, very happy.”
