Ordered a gift and box came with dints and a rip. Other products came okay but dissapointed in the quality of the other box.

The standard of the product I received was not very good. The joining corners of the wooden photo box I ordered appeared to have been done in a rush and not with a great amount of care. There was glue that had leaked out and looked messy and the wood had many unsmooth areas. This was supposed to be a present to my mum from her first grandchild and I was really excited about giving it to her. I now do not have time to get her anything else and therefore have no choice but to give her something that I am not happy with. I would not use this website again or recommend it to anyone I know.

I was incredibly disappointed with the product. I ordered a necklace with a love heart on with an initial engraved on. The heart was so small in comparison to how it was portrayed online. And to add insult to injury, the recipient of the necklace had to be told of the engraving as she hadn't even noticed.

No option to add a personal message, not even a to/from tag, though this was never made clear at any point during my search and purchase. Considering this is a site for gifts online i found this very disappointing. My billing address details were changed after purchase to the delivery address which was different, and when I queried this I was given a reply which is completely incorrect as I have used PayPal many times to buy and send parcels to family and this has never happened before. The gifts, when delivered had a huge stock code sticker on one of the plastic boxes which took a long time and a lot of effort to remove before they could be given. Lastly the response to my concern/complaint did not help or reassure me in any way. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I ordered the 'Personalised Kids Unicorn Placemat'. When it arrived the print used for the name was very unprofessional, not as printed on the order, and looked as if it had been handwritten by someone with very untidy handwriting!

The good thing is i got it quick but on the Personalised Crystal Champagne Flute the writing on it is very small hard to see it. And with the Personalised bottle of prosecco, i asked for the Classic White Label and it was a black label. So not that happy. I will not be getting anything from here AGAIN!!

very dissappointed imagined there would be herbs and infusions included in pack not just glassware could have bought those locally not recommended

I had to reorder the certificate for the lovers stars as I made a spelling mistake with one of the surnames. I had it delivered to my work address as I had done with the original order. The certificate arrived with the address but there was no mention of my name or my companies name on the envelope. Because of this no one knew who his was for and by the time I had tracked it down my friends wedding had already taken place and I had to give it to them after the event and not on the day as I had intended.

Ordered a personalised nursery rhyme book as a special present for a 1st birthday. The book is lovely but the customer service was awful. There were limited options for personalisation - the front had to have the full name and there was no option for alternatives inside the book. After ordering I immediately emailed customer services to request the nickname to be put inside the book instead. I had a reply confirming that this would be done. Unfortunately the book still arrived printed incorrectly. Not the end of the world, but as this was a special gift I wanted it to be right, so I emailed customer services with a photo to see what they could do. I was told the book could not be reprinted. Also that I could not have a refund as the book was printed 'correctly' despite acknowledging in a previous email that it wasn't correct. Very disappointed with the service received.

I ordered personalised Presecco Gummies. The plastic jar looks grubby and scratched and there was a large sticky label on the lid with some bar codes etc on. When I peeled this off it's left a lot of gunge and marks on the black lid. I will have to put the gummies in another jar - and therefore paying for personalisation was a complete waste of money and effort.

All though the item was posted to me, it contained another's person item + receipt. Was told the correct item would be posted in three working day. Waiting to see if it'll be the correct one this time
