“Great product, it was a present for a friend and as usual I left it with little time to arrive, so I paid for express delivery which 1 day earlier than expected. The quality of the product was super.100% would recommend”

“Everything was lovely and just what I requested. However, it did not go to the recipient’s address. It came to mine. So I then had to pay for it to go there as my next Hermes deliverer wouldn’t take it and I couldn’t wait to sort it out and wait. I think that needs to be addressed. If I’m expecting a package, the deliverer should be able to take the one I need to send if it’s got a label. Happy to pay for that.”

“There is an interesting selection of items and I was easily able to find a birthday gift. They did not include my birthday message and had my friend's address as both the sender and the recipient so she didn't know it was from me. I had to check that she had received my gift which I don't like to do, so that was a bit disappointing.”
