Range of items to buy. But still have not received my order after a week! The delivery date was two days ago!

Ordered next day delivery (for Friday) and parcel did not arrive until the Monday. Most disappointed but the 'late' birthday gift was really gorgeous I was told when my aunt eventually received it.

I still haven't received my order. It was meant to be delivered between Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th. It is now the 21st and I haven't received it.

present ordered on 04-03-2020, site says 1 to 3 day delivery, now its the 8th and still not despatched.

I have just received my night light that I have bought as a gift. I am very disappointed with it, I think the whole thing looks very cheap and tacky from the packaging to the actual light and different colour lead and switch. Also doesn’t come with a plug. Not impressed at all, I am actually going to have to go out and find another gift.

Despite asking for a personal message to bet put in gift before delivery you chose to ignore it so it was sent to my sister but she had no idea who it was from!! Also no email was received as per your website to say it had been dispatched so was let to believe it was still to be sent however when I contacted my sister she told me the parcel had arrived the previous day. All in all pretty shabby

The product (mug) came broken. Was not happy. Have requested a refund if they cannot guarantee a replacement will arrive before Friday (my friends birthday who the present was for) but not heard back yet.

Upon recieving the product it was in a damaged state. The cardboard box it came in was squashed and soaking wet along one side, the inner box was also squashed and dirty from the wet cardboard, which then seeped through into the actual product. I'm currently seeking assistance from the team.
