Was easy to order through the website, my order was delayed but given its December I can imagine warehouses are pretty busy right now. Excited to give these pressies to my partner on Christmas day.

“Overall I'm pleased with what I ordered. The two personalised glasses arrived in good time and very well packaged. The only downsides were, this was the first time I'd become aware that this glassware is not dishwasher safe and the printing on the wine glass is quite feint. In combination, I fear the personalisation may not last very long. They're still nice gifts and I guess time will tell how they fare in use.”

“There was a slight delay with my parcel as it had been lost in transit but they very quickly sent me a new one that arrived next day with no cost to me. The website was quick and easy to use and no too expensive and the gift I brought is exactly like the pictures and just what I wanted thank you x”

“After contacting Prezzybox about a non delivery by Hermes a new delivery was arranged the next day by a different courier and my express delivery charge was refunded. I’ve just heard from my daughter that the wine was lovely.”
