Good selection and not bad pricing. Delivery however is a shambles. Next day delivery is not next day, it's 3 days. And the estimated delivery times are not accurate. Do not order unless you have time, I ordered next day and another item that said 4 days at the latest and I'm now informed my 'next day' deliver is coming 3 days after I ordered and my standard is coming 6 days after I delivered! I understand they have to be made to order but delivery times should be accurate especially when I'm paying 6.99 for next day delivery. Not happy at all. I'm now going to have to explain to the person who I'm giving the gifts to that their presents are late and I now have nothing to show for.

Disappointed as looked bigger in the picture and very lightweight wooden case☹️But Hey! Ho! I think my grand daughter will enjoy it😊👍

couldn't fault the item. however it said if I purchase by 14:00 and pay express delivery at checkout it would be with me on Friday. I chose this option and the item wasn't due to be delivered until Monday. I rang prezziebox twice and they assured me they would get it upgraded to a Saturday delivery. this never happened. so to sum it up, I paid for express delivery which was in fact standard and I then had to drive to the DPD depot on Saturday morning to collect my item for Sunday. which cost me more money in fuel.

I haven’t got my order yet:( so I can’t write anything positive as it’s not here for me to review it, not sure why I got this email before my order arrived, unless there’s been an issue and it’s not arrived to my house.

The item was a present for mother’s day - the gift was good - but I paid extra for fast delivery and it arrived on the Tuesday after the Sunday

The service was fantastic. Unfortunately the goods were substandard.. we ordered two glasses with customized etching which was really rather poor (picture attached)

No card in for Mother’s Day no message to say who it was from ,sent text message to say who the present was from and a loving message to my mum,but didn’t get a reply to the message I sent,very disappointing mr v longden

2 days after the scheduled delivery date am still waiting for my order. Online tracking showing no movements for the last 5 days. A bit disappointed to say the least.

I placed an order for next day delivery, and it did not arrive. I then spoke to a team member at Prezzybox three days later who informed me that my items had not even been dispatched! However, they promised me a refund of my delivery, and I am awaiting this to be returned. I also asked for one of my items to be cancelled, as it was a personalised birthday card, which I had to replace as it never arrived! I have not had a reply about this, and it has not arrived so I am unsure of what is happening with that. One of my items arrived the next day, and is very good quality. They need to do better on the delivery front.

Quick dispatch Good props inside however the actual frame to flimsy to use. Would have preferred to pay a little more and be able to use the frame! Sorry it's 2 stars-
