I emailed 4 days ago about something wrong with one of the items and have heard nothing back. It was christmas day so gave u till yesterday but nothing

I ordered two Christmas presents that we're 'in stock' when I ordered it and the website claimed they would arrive before Christmas. I later then received an email to say that one of my gifts had been dispatched but the other was not in stock. Had this been said earlier or described as out of stock on line I would have ordered it from somewhere else. I am still waiting for this item.

I had a delivery which there was something wrong I sent a email/ complaint received an email back saying someone would be in touch in 24/48 hours still not heard nothing!!!

I ordered 2 items as an xmas present. Delivery was slow. When ordered arrived the package contained 2 of the first item on my order. Despite the fact the the packing/consignment note clearly showed the 2 items I ordered and both were ticked. Because it was xmas present and the fact the delivery was very slow it was too late to sort and I couldn't be bothered contacting because it would not have been resolved in time

The chocolates arrived in good time but the packaging was so badly damaged that only 4 1/2 arrived. They did look lovely but did not dare eat them as they may have been on the floor. The packaging had been repaired on the way. Not your fault but but was not able to give them as a gift anyway.

6 days after ordering it still hadn't even been dispatched, so at the last minute I had to go and buy other Christmas gifts. Only giving 2 stars because the refund was given with no issue.

My Xmas present purchase didn't arrive on time. The courier referred to access issues and it appears to have been hande to Hermes to deliver on Dec 22. It hasn't arrived

The delivery time was good but the present arrived damaged!! And it was to late to do anything about as my secret Santa was that day!!! Took the shine off a funny gift it being broken!!!

Two items were out of stock despite the website saying they were in stock and I was lied to about the despatch of my other items. Won't be using again.

Ordered a present for someone and they said it was in stock, turns out it wasn't and so this person didn't get a present for Christmas. Offered a refund but the 24 hour response time is completely untrue.

I wasn't able to track my order with tracking information provided in an E-mail. I had two different orders that were sent as Christmas presents and when I sent a message to prezzybox asking to inform me if my orders were delivered I was told that they were dispatched ( which I already knew as I received an E-mail about the dispatch). I replied again asking to tell me if the orders were delivered and got no reply. Its been 3 days now. Seemed like a great online shop to buy resents for friends and family in the UK, but tracking is unreliable as well as costumer service , so you don't really know what is happening after you pay and for that reason will not be using this site again.

Delivery longer than quoted. Not just royal mail issue as the email to say product had dispatched took a long time.

Although I'm reviewing Prezzybox, my problem was with the supplier delivering completely the wrong, personalised item? I was dissapointed as, although the response from Prezzybox was polite and understandable, a reply to my initial email was responded to with another saying they couldn't help me until after Christmas and possibly the new year? OK? Well, thanks for that? Another day, another order may well have earned 5 stars but I'm a bit loath to order anything else and really fed up?

On Dec 21st at 21:50 we ordered, separately, two hotel stay vouchers, one immediately after the other, for next day delivery. (The website only allowed next day.) The first arrived on 23rd as expected. The second has not yet arrived, it is Christmas Day, and they are both intended as presents.

You sent through the wrong item. I ordered this package from the US and sent it directly to the recipients. Then on Christmas Eve my mother and younger sister opened the box to find the book 'Shag yourself slim' instead of the intended gift. Somewhat inappropriate!
