“Really happy with the products, communication and speed of delivery (especially during the festive period). One comment I will make is I did feel there was far too much packaging used - excessive plastic and the box was far too large. Please look at this in the future. Many thanks for the products, my sister will love them!”

“The shopping experience was good and the delivery was fast. Unfortunately Hermes delivered the items and left them on the doorstep overnight without our knowledge despite a severe weather warning for heavy rain, so when I retrieved the items this morning they were mostly ruined.”

“Arranging the image on the pillow was a bit hard on mobile version. As everytime you move the text it defaults to the free text area and opens the phone keyboard. Other than that it was all good.”
