I was ad advised my delivery would arrive by 29th -30th November..it’s the 2nd and still has not arrived!

Postage cost was a third of the product price and took a week to arrive, missing the date it was required for.

The product was fine, but it arrived a couple of days later than expected. This meant that I wasn't able to use it as my secret santa gift and had to buy an alternative gift at the last minute.

Shame, some fun gifts purchased but an item was missing from my order and a totally random item received instead. Sent 2 emails but no response. Poor customer service.

I was expecting my sons birthday present to arrive in time for 1st birthday and had an email 3 days before the actual day to say it had been dispatched, but we didn’t get it. When I emailed I was told it would arrive a week later. After his birthday 🙁

I ordered a parcel and 10 seconds after ordering I went to change my delivery address as I realised I put my old address in, apparently it was too late to change?

I searched for crafts and it showed me a pizza making kit so scrolled down to 'you may also like' and chose a pizza with different topping thinking it was still a 'make your own' pizza but it wasn't. Partly my fault but we're all in a mad rush buying gifts so missed it...Also far too much packaging. Sorry.

I loved the packaging and the whole design of the socks though that was good however, it is not mentioned anywhere that only 1 pair of socks have initials. I really did want them all on?

Delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday and still hasn't arrived, therefore missing my sisters birthday. There is also a lack of updates; you can "track your order" but not really because you can only see that it has been dispatched, no further updates as to why it is late. Should have used amazon.

item not received emailed company, they said i would have to wait 15 days to before item is declared lost. Not very good this being my first order with them and was required as a birthday gift.

We do advise that Royal Mail do not declare a parcel lost until 15 working days from dispatch, however we don't request our customers to wait this long until we'll re-send an order, so we're sorry if our reply was confusing. Not at all impressed with the product being posted in an unsealed oversized cardboard box Cheap, yet have to pay £3.99 for it to take 4 days to get here Won't be bothering again

Not that I had a bad experience, just that there’s no deals on here like most websites and the delivery is really expensive!! However I really needed this gift so I had to use prezzybox.com

Smaller than expected. Wouldn't call it retro sweets as I got the same mixture of sweets in the halloween tub from tesco's. Had to fill the tub up more with the left over Halloween sweets. Not really worth £9.99 then P&P. Should have made my own tub & printed the label myself.

I received a scratch map quickly and it was correct and I was happy with this but I had also ordered a bauble that was personalised, the wrong bauble was sent to us we had clicked and ordered a glass christmas tree one but received an angel and the writing we included had been switched in to a different order after the instructions said it will be printed as written
