I bought Prezzybox chocolates as a thank you to a friend. The initial cost was around £8.50 by the time I had paid for post and packing it was over £13. Lovely as they were they were not worth the money. Also I wrote a thank you message to go with them and this deleted itself as I went through to payment so I emailed customer service after payment with a message that I wanted sent with the box. Somebody from customer service got back to me and assured me that they would sent a note with the box. According to my friend this didn't happen so all in all I was left disappointed. I probably won't use or recommend the company again, I like to get value for my money. Julie Gillam

There is an issue with the website , once you select a category you can see items only at bottom . Making it very difficult to navigate. I would recommend you try to place an order on line I think there is something wrong in the way the pages are downloading Hope my comment will help you rectify the issue All the best Frederic

Disappointed with the way the photos came out as one of them is totally unrecognisable because it is so dark! I realise this is my fault for picking the wrong photo/sock colour combination. Maybe some advice on choosing the correct photo i.e brightness and a preview would help? I don’t think I will give the gift to my friend.

I was drawn in by adverts promising weekend and next day delivery. Despite ordering early Saturday morning and paying £15 for the fastest delivery possible the preasant wasn't delivered until Wednesday afternoon. Won't be using again

Ordered a surprise gift for my husbands 60th birthday, had an e mail to say not processed after I had to contact them to find my tracking number. Hadnt even been sent from warehouse. useless when you've paid for express delivery for a gift. only offered to deliver the following day which was too !!! Wont be using ever again

Order was easy enough to place although 5-7 days delivery is quite a long time and delivery cost is expensive. Not received an email confirmation for the order so good job I screened shot the order number.

Misleading delivery options. Chose 'tomorrow' delivery and paid significantly more for it, but once the order was confirmed, delivery was stated as 3 days away. Needless to say I cancelled the order.

I was very disappointed that before ordering it stated 1-2 days for delivery, after I had paid the delivery date changed to five days from now - two days after my niece's birthday!

Recieced socks but with wrong slogan. I have tried to contact prezzybox but unfortunately only able to get to a pre recorded closed message. I have left contact details but have received no response. Disappointed.

Disappointed - I've just placed an order which through the entire process said delivery within 1-2 days. The most important fathers day item upon completed payment and order confirmation is actually within 5-7 days. I wouldn't have placed the order if I'd have known this

Hello, Thank you for your review, unfortunately the production and delivery times will not honour the weekend as these are not classed as working days, so that's why it will seem a little longer. It does state on the website for this item that they take up to 2 days for dispatch, and then delivery time goes on top. Unfortunately this is the case for most personalised items as they need to be allowed time for production, we're really sorry if there's been some confusion on this for you.
