“The ordering and delivery of items was fabulous with absolutely no complaints. However the Retro Mini Popcorn maker which was one of the items purchased, started smoking while being used yesterday by my 13 year old daughter who thankfully had the presence of mind to switch it straight off at the wall. Nasty burning smell from the bottom of the machine with smoke. Between Christmas and the 1st of January it had worked well - BUT.”

“I placed an order on 23rd December. Order number : 101738010. I have not heard anything about it since then. The customer service team say they need 24 hours to respond but allow up to 48, when i inquired, it exceeded 48 hours and i still did not get my answer. Shocking.”

“I submitted a order, was due 29th Dec 2016 still not arrived. I have emailed customer service twice and they never reply. This was supposed to be a birthday present!!”

“It was very disappointing that two items still have not arrived. It was partly my fault for ordering late, only just before Christmas but your advertising said that it was not too late to order for things to arrive before Christmas. If you had put a mark on those items which couldn't be delivered before Christmas I would have given you a 10”

“The item's box came damaged - some of the print was taken off by cellotape so a random line of ripped cardboard made it look tacky and low quality. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift!”

“The advertisement for the product did not fit the actual product description, i e no mention of the smart phone projector actually being a cardboard kit for self assembly not fit for purpose.... and totally unfit for fairly heavy family use. I am returning it and now you do not want to refund postage return cost..... not a good experience at all.”

“Order was on time however the quality of the gifts I bought was definitely not worth the price I paid. Won't be using this site again. I ordered the beer hat with a speaker. The microphone part of the hat didn't work and the straws bend too easily so it doesn't work properly”

“The product seemed like old stock. Brightly coloured chocolate animals on the website photos. When item arrived looked like they'd faded in sun or something. Also looked like they were old as print on chocolate had started to flake and come off inside the clear plastic lid. Not overly impressed considering how expensive the chocolates were.”

“I am still waiting for one of my products to be delivered. I've emailed and they told me it has been delivered. I ordered two things. I only received one. Not happy as this was a Christmas present.”

“Fast delivery. However, box came severely battered. Luckily the mug inside wasn't broken. The mug was, however, filthy, with dirty fingerprints all over it and a slight chip in the pattern. Won't be buying from prezzybox again.”
