I ordered Personalised Carousel Money Box and it was beautiful and matching the description on the website but had few scratches and this made it look a bit cheap

Item was a little over priced, the quality wasn’t great. I ordered a personalised glass clock but it hadn’t printed very clearly and it was small, I wouldn’t order again.

I'm really sorry I only gave 3 stars as the chocolate bombs I ordered for Christmas for my Grandaughters they were broken. The box was also damaged . I've bought from you before and was happy with my purchase. So I'm really sorry I couldn't give 5 stars on the occasion. Regards Mrs p Faulkner

The books I ordered were great, but I paid for Express Delivery to get them before a wedding and they took three days to arrive, which was frustrating because I now have to send them on afterwards.

Delivery was fast and excellent BUT... I wished to give the voucher as a present. There was no indication, that I could see, to say if the vouchers were transferrable i.e. could be used by anyone (I still don't know - there is no indication on the voucher). There was no facility I could see to get the voucher sent directly to the gift recipient. Other similar websites had the same problem. Why, oh why, can't you make these important things PLAINLY clear?

I give three stars on account of disappointing delivery by Hermes, who rescheduled delivery twice. Nothing wrong with shopping on Prezzybox website, but still the goods have still not been delivered on time.

A lot of good options to pick from and all set out very well. However it didn't let me pick what delivery option I wanted so I have to wait longer for it to come than I wanted.

Would have been nice to be able to add a note to the receiver as it was a prezzy, or even the option to fill a card like when sending flowers
