Item arrived really quickly but one of the glasses was broken, as there wasn’t enough protection inside the item box. I sent an email immediately with a photo of the broken item and was informed I would receive a replacement order, which I am still waiting for.

Bought a box of chocolate discs and half of the discs were broken. They sent a replacement and they were broken too. Not great!!

I am not very happy with service. As I was expecting my parcel and it hasn’t arrived yet. And I paid extra to get it delivered on that day. I am very unhappy with Prezzi box and would like a refund for the extra i paid

I placed my order on 29 November. I was given an expected delivery date of 3 to 5 December. It’s now 8 December and I haven’t had anything except an email asking for a review.

I did not receive all my orders, even though you said you despatched it. Been waiting for almost a week for 2 orders, that was supposedly despatched last Thursday but have not received it. Very disappointed. Another order I received, should had 2 items in but I only got 1 item.

I am a little concerned that I have not recieved a confirmation of order email for an item purchsed on the 30/11. The money has been withdrawn. I am hoping that the item arrives. I will contact you in a few days if I have not recieved delivery. Please feel free to send a confirmation email.

I was sent the wrong item so wasn’t very happy especially after paying £4 postage. Still waiting on the correct order, should hopefully be here soon.

Wash bag ok but no lining large for males toiletries not sure it warrant s the heavy price tag as basically a novelty item.

The Angel bauble was lovely, but spoiled by the fact that the inscription was practically indecipherable. Would not gold writing have stood out more? I did read an earlier review which said this but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. These baubles are momentos for a child to keep for life. Such a pity that it is so hard to read.

You have sent me this Review survey but my order hasn't turned up yet. Buried in the tracking info for Hermes was a note to say they can't deliver the item to my address but it doesn't say why. Hermes should have emailed me to advise if there was a problem. I am baffled as to why an item such as a small backscratcher can't be delivered to a semi-detached houses in a safe area. Not impressed!.
