I was disappointed with this site. Lots of tempting things but overpriced so not difficult to achieve free delivery spending £50 or more but, be warned, no free returns. Will not be using this site again or recommending it.

Wasn't happy with delivery driver posting my item through door even though I was home as myou gift I got for xmas pressie had broken due to not being looked after

Saw an item on This Morning and ordered it immediately. Later that day I received an email stating that it had been discontinued. Very disappointing.

The face vibrator I received doesn't turn off. The switch makes it vibrate more or less, but doesn't turn off. I am very disappointed, because I was going to buy at least three more for christmas presents. Send me one that works properly and i will change my rating, Thanks, Kevin Murton

Made an order for 1-2 day delivery. My parcel was lost and the customer service knew it had been lost and didn't let me know. 5 days after my order i rang, although they did re send the parcel for me next day delivery free (which was too late for my friends birthday), it shouldn't have had to happen. Not only that, when the parcel did arrive, one of the items were damaged.

I was really disappointed with this service. A friend from Morocco was visiting on his birthday and so I got him a last minute gift. I ordered with 1 day shipping so it would get here when he did. The package didn't arrive within the 3 days he was in London and I am now having to mail it to him which will be very expense; not to mention that it took over a week to finally arrive. Although, customer service very friendly and helpful.

It was such a disappointment to open the lovely, quality gift box to see the horrible, dark green, cheap cover which looks terrible and tacky. It is such a shame as the content and book pages are great, really colourful and look of high quality, I don't understand why such a cheap cover. This was not the gift I wanted to give, I was embarrassed to hand it over.

The box of sweets I purchased was a lot smaller than I’d anticipated and so I feel it is extremely expensive for what it is. A fair price would have been nearer £15 than £25.

Unfortunately you use Hermes to deliver, and as has happened numerous times with this delivery company they have just left cards and have not delivered my order, the last card stated that they have returned it. So I am now waiting for a refund. I will not be able to buy from you due to Hermes poor delivery service.
