I was very disappointed with this it’s not your fault it’s the delivery driver he damaged the flowers and a few fell off. The recipient was meant to be taking these for a funeral but was unable too. For 41 pound this was not acceptable. Really disappointed.

Present has still not arrived and it’s electronically being sent. Asking for a review when I’ve not even had the gift yet. Why is it taking so long???? Won’t be ordering again. It’s for a birthday tomorrow.

Not delivered on time , even with confirmation it had been dispatched , poor customer service and would not recommend I had to ask for compensation and £5 was all that was received .. certainly won’t use this company again. This was an important present for an important birthday.

I was quite surprised to receive this email asking for feedback. I ordered an e voucher on 11th June with estimated delivery for the 12th June, we are now 15th June and no voucher! If there is an issue with sending vouchers, an email would alleviate any anxious customers concerns would be appreciated.

Very disappointed. Representing the condolences from my half of the deceased Aunts family, my wife and my son shared the tragedy of our floral bouquet being completely unidentified. The ribbon was red, not personalised at all and with no sign of our message card. The funeral will not be repeated ! In short, PrezzyBox has badly let us down representing the only Sister of deceased, also her Nephew and her Niece who were all not able to attend personally. Full refund requested please.

It was a last minute buy - I bought on a Thurs evening for a guaranteed Saturday delivery. Nothing arrived. No email re delivery information. Very poor. Would have been more reliable to buy something on Amazon.

So I’m meeting my friends tomorrow and I’m sadly not able to give them all of their presents. Prezzy box have let me down, only delivered two out of the 5 items I had ordered. Cost of living is expensive as it is, I’ve now hard to pay out more money, but other gifts (from other companies who don’t let me down) and more cards. The only reason I knew they wouldn’t be delivering is because I chased ! They didn’t even give me the heads up to let me know they’d let me down! I highly doubt I’d use them again, sorry.

I'm really sorry but this was bought for a retirement occasion & the promised shipping date (22-24 March) didn't materialise (it arrived on 29 March) so, the present has completely lost its effect/point/purpose. Very disappointed

Item ordered 22nd March for 28th March and shown as delivery within 3 to 5 days. Item now shows delivery between 31st March and 4th April. This is not 3 to 5 days from order.

Okay, so i was excited to give this one to a child. It just arrived now and it wouldn’t fit the slot where you put the unicorn! I dont want to shove it because it might break and it is made of plastic. I cannot return it as the birthday is on Saturday. I felt really disappointed of the material.

Ordered and waited for the birthday present to find I got an email 2 days after it should have been delivered saying the don’t deliver to the north of ireland because of brexit. £5 gift voucher given which I can’t obviously use and no present for my friend

Order placed and paid for. Email next day-both items cancelled. Can only send personalised items to Northern Ireland due to Brexit. Nothing is mentioned on the website about this restriction. Ordered a similar item from a different company on the mainland-they shipped it the next day no issues at all

Very poor. I paid for special delivery on a Saturday as it was a birthday present. I received one email to tell me it has been delayed, no further information has been supplied. The gift has not yet been delivered. I won’t be using your website again.

I ordered my card Monday and today is Friday and it still hasn’t come. It says next day delivery which it was showing as dispatched the next day but still not got it

Bought the chilli and bubbles book of love for my wife for valentine's Day but very disappointed. Poor quality, and when I opened it to look through it I found the pages had been put in upside down and back to front!! Will probably raise a laugh but not very good TBH. Doubt I'll buy anything again.

Let me place and order and took money, to then cancel it 2 days later due to brexit and not delivering to NI. Should be clear when putting your address in where you deliver. Still waiting for my refund as well
