Really struggled with your website! Had a £5 voucher to redeem and put it on the clipboard but failed to find how to tag it to my order. Came away thinking I wouldn't bother again. Just hope the chocolates are easier to digest with when they arrive!

The early stages of ordering the computer mats was no problem However when I came to pay all sort of problems occurred,and after 3 attempts I gave up .You then sent me a note next day suggesting I could complete the order & this time it worked!!

Nice choice of presents but website does not give a clear indication of delivery dates. I had paid before I found out it would not be delivered until a day late. Too late.

I asked for a different delivery address to the billing address when I placed the order (since it was a present for a relative). Once I received the order confirmation I realised that this had not been done so messaged you through your website straight away. However the product has been delivered to me so I now have to forward it to my relative at cost to me.

Unfortunately the personalised socks I bought were very one person heavy. Sent 3 photos and 1 photo looked more use than the other two 😕

Not received my order yet, I found just to create an account very difficult, I couldn’t do it on my tablet, in the end had to do it on my phone, just inputting your personal details like name and address was telling me that there was a problem Oh well it’s done now, looking forward to my order as it’s for my best friend, just hope it’s ok

HI i ordered a gift for someone and needed it by a set day it didn't arrive you can have the best company in the world but if you take extra money for fast delivery and it doesn't arrive you just feel cheated i wish i had gone somewhere else I see your tracking system doesn't work if it is working i got a long wait and just to let you know I'm annoyed

In my order I placed the billing and delivery address to be the same. Shortly after paying for my order I received a message that my billing and delivery address do not match and it will create a problem. In a mean time on my order confirmation though it clearly states that the two addresses are the same. I wonder if the delivery will ever arrive.

Disappointed with size of products for the price. Picture is deceiving. Will have to buy something to go with this as I don't consider it big enough to give as a gift on it's own.

Ordered a gift, said 1 to 2 days despatch. After it was paid for got confirmation that it will be delivered 7 to 9 days, missing the birthday date. Not good.

Great items and nice idea, but... My cousin's daughter has leukemia and wanted to cheer her up, so bought a pair of light up slippers and a personalised chocolate bar, plus one for her sister. Ordered fine then got an email to say they were being delivered separately, so one gets a present and the other doesn't, which was the whole reason I ordered the 2 chocolate bars - to keep her sister happy and not have her upset getting nothing while her sister does. My cousin really doesn't need an upset child whilst trying to get through her daughter having cancer.

The parcel was left behind our bin outside - we have an open garden where anyone could have taken it. Just because a photo was taken of it when left - it doesn’t mean it would still be there hours later. There wasn’t any card or notification as to where it had been left - it was only myself trying to track it that I found it to be outside - it was completely sodden because of heavy rainfall. What an Awful delivery service. I
