“Prompt delivery. There was a flaw in the original item which was unfortunate but there was an excellent recovery service with a replacement offered which arrived within 24 hours. I would use Prezzybox again as the aftercare was first-class. Thank you!”

“I was browsing the website to purchase a gift for someone. I must say they have nice, cute gifts for an occasional purchase. I did purchase after all a present for someone. Could have been less for some of the products. Quick delivery, tracked.”

“Seemed easy to use and reasonable however the delivery was 3 days later than the expected date I was given at the time of ordering this was my only negative, however with the current circumstances I do understand this was out of prezzybox control just maybe update on website?”
