For £22 pound really disappointed by the quality of the glass and that it was dirty.

They said it would be with us in two days and was coming by courier and signed for it took five days and was delivered through the letter box by the postman, so I stayed in all the days to sign for it and it was only sent by letter post, so was not at all impressed with the deliver at all, and the information and communication from the seller was very poor, the actual gift was nice, but it's the rest of the transaction that made this a poor transaction

I was sent the product in the wrong colour metal. I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

A lot of money for a small sweet jar. The personalized text was very small! The label was stuck on creased. Looked VERY CHEAP. When it wasn't!

The charger arrived without a problem, nicely packaged with no obvious reason to complain. However, when actually using the charger, it gets incredibly hot. No matter whether it is charging itself, or charging another device, it gets hot to the point where you have to unplug it for fear of it doing damage. This product is not safe by any means, and honestly I am surprised it has not desoldered itself, or at least caught on fire, with the heat it is putting out.

Item was not as picture showed. Not great quality. Photography not described sufficiently, so burnt look over a wood knot. However, agreed to refund money.

I ordered a light changing cushion. The sellotape on the box had been peeled back at sometime and replaced. As the cushion was faulty I can only presume that this was a returned item that had been sent out to me instead of a new product. I had to go to the trouble of returning the cushion that someone else had already returned.

Instructions not clear enough. Writing on personalised product was wrong and refused to refund or send new stickers for item. Not happy.

Order never arrived, phoned asking where it was, Royal Mail was in effect blamed. Had to phone yesterday to re-order, and was told I would be emailed to confirm, no email has been sent. This was my first experience with Prezzybox and I won't be using you again.
