I was sent the wrong item and I have been in contact with someone for nearly a week (although it takes days for a reply) yet my problem has still not been resolved. The item I ordered was a Christmas gift and i’m so disappointed I won’t have it in time for christmas now.

Item was purchased for a Secret Santa gift, and advised this would be delivered between Wednesday 13th and Saturday 16th. Didn't arrive until the week after.

The parcel was delivered late which gives me no time to send it back before Christmas. I ordered a set of wine glasses. One of the glasses is scratched, the box was full of dirt and dust. I won't be buying from Prezzybox anytime in the future.

A cup I ordered looked like it had been on a shelf for ten years, with the amount of dust on the packaging. Also a BIG sticker had been half removed and the rest was stuck solid, so it looked awful. Hardly Christmas present material so I gave it to my fiancee right away. I will NOT be using this site again.

The supplier could not provide the goods and by the time you cancelled the order it was too late to get a replacement for Christmas.

Hi John, We are very sorry that the supplier was unable to fulfill your order. We can see that they had difficulty in finding mapping data for the location given and therefore couldn't produce the item. Very slow delivery. - Ordered on the 8th December - Paid £3.99 for shipping for a small £6.99 item. - Expected delivery date advised was 12th - 15th December. - Received an email on the 11th December confirming dispatch. - Received item on the 19th December. I know its December but every other company I've ordered from recently have delivered 2/3 days after order date and at a cheaper shipping rate.

Cheap quality. The stuffing from the inside was all on the outside and in the box.

Unfortunately I’ve been waiting for my items to arrive for 10 days now, as well as being told a week after ordering that one of my items was out of stock. Although I was fully refunded for this, it still caused a lot of inconvenience. This hasn’t been a very good experience for me and I’ve been very disappointed.

I ordered my item over a week ago and still haven't received it. I ordered it on the 10th and was told it would arrive between the 13th and the 16th but it wasn't sent out until the end of the day of the 16th. So I'm still waiting for my item to arrive and I am not best pleased with the service so far

My delivery keeps getting delayed after delay after delay and I still haven’t got it and have no clue when it’s supposed to arrive however the customer service is very friendly and makes me feel at ease but half of my items are out of stock ad didn’t feel the need to tell me until I asked ?!! Won’t be using again if I’m honest

Ordered 2 x gifts, over a week ago still waiting. They didn't have the decency to inform they were waiting for stock. I only found out when I contacted them.

The hand warmers were said to reactivate by clicking them. But when they arrived I learned that I have to place them in boiling water, then let them cool..... The quality seems excellent, & other aspects of service were very good.
