Successfully placed an order via Prezzybox website for friends in N.Ireland. Had order confirmed by Pressybox via email. In a subsequent email was told the order could not be delivered. Told by Pressybox that: "Some retailers are able to dispatch goods from mainland no problem but we have had some delays due to technical errors and just aren’t able too"(sic) Why wasn't this issue mentioned in the website general information provisions? The above-quoted response failed to provide any specific information to the buyer. For example, how long will the delay be? Which retailers are involved? Are there alternatives being considered by Pressybox, e.g. are there backup retailers supplying equivalent goods? There was no mention of the inability to deliver to N.Ireland on the website. There was an offer to send the order to me which is pointless since I am in Australia and would then have to send the order back to the UK. Someone needs to review the text on the website for relevance, timeliness and accuracy concerning the issue of delivery.

Very poor, brought me through the whole ordering experience and once it was completed they finally let me know they couldn’t deliver to NI. Should’ve just said at the start. Now I have to wait for a refund :(

I'm really confused to be honest... I placed an order on Monday 15th with next day delivery. My confirmation said delivery between Tuesday 16th - Thursday 18th. Its now Thursday 18th and I've received a refund for my order with no more information

My husband and I were given two £20.00 vouchers (one each) by our employer. The first was accepted and set against an item including the delivery charge - so I received the item without paying anything. The second voucher would not work, they replaced it with a voucher for £15.00 and told me this time I would need to pay the carriage myself! So NO my experience did not go well - and unless rectified I shall report it to my employer, who is a large company!

Unable to review items ordered as the company will no longer ship to Northern Ireland. I find this very odd as I have been able to receive many other online purchases elsewhere with no issue whatsoever. No option to discuss or to look at costs - I would have been willing to pay an additional shipping fee if necessary, instead I received a refund, quick apology email and a discount voucher to use in future! If you won’t ship to me why would I need a discount voucher? It’s the thought that counts I suppose but overall very disappointed with the situation. Brexit is a very convenient excuse to use, not difficult to overcome though.

Charged twice for the same order, have emailed to discuss and ask for a refund on one of the charges as its onky right but no I e has bothered to acknowledge it! No reply at all. Really bad service.

Absolute rip off. Paid £3.99 for a Halloween bouquet (not my description), was sold as being worth £9.99. It is a cone worth no more than £1.50. This was via the very me rewards. Love sweets, hate being ripped off. Unimpressed and won't order from prezzybox in the future as a result.
