The socks I ordered were not as I expected! I assumed they would be warm fluffy socks, these were just fairly thin ordinary socks They were from SoleSmith

Didn't meet order processing timeline and didn't meet delivery timeline despite paying for express delivery. Items are still with the courier.

I paid for Saturday delivery, not only has the items not arrived yet it’s now Sunday and I still haven’t heard anything about where my order is! Poor

Very quick delivery with everything as ordered. But. Delivery box crushed; had obviously been underneath heavier boxes. Yes I know you sub contract out to Hermes. But my consumer contract is with Prezzybox. Couldn’t use items as presents as the boxes were all crushed.

Although my order arrived within a day, they had packed a delicate chocolate bomb with a heavy map tube in a plastic bag with no padding so unfortunately the chocolate bombes were smashed.

Ordered the candy posing pouch as a secret santa prezzy. I thought postage was a bit expensive at £3.99. Delivery time was ok. Box arrived damaged. Won't have time to get another one ordered before christmas so i'll just buy another gift from shops. Won't use again.

My first purchase experience with you has not been very pleasant unfortunately. I bought three items, one was a gift for a friend - a box of sweets. It as very badly packaged and the lid of the box was bent! How can I give a present to a friend which is broken?? Do you refund? If not, I will not use your platform anymore in my life.

I ordered my order in plenty of time and I still haven’t received it your delivery company has always postponed the delivery until the next day this is day 4 and I am still waiting and still no news from your delivery company. Considering I paid for a “ next day “ delivery I am not impressed

My complaint is around packaging and delivery The packaging was badly damaged and the gifts inside were creased so I had to try and make them look aundamaged as they are Xmas presents

Goods arrived in one box and contents were shattered. As they are food items cannot be returned. These were Christmas gifts for my granddaughters, but not usable now. Very disappointed
