I am little disappointed with the quality of the engraving on the glasses to say how expensive they were and one in a nice box the other in bubble wrap, not great for a gift

My cousin loved the present. I’ve paid for express delivery but it wasn’t delivered on time. Not happy with the speed of service.

We followed instructions provided but lacked details on care compared to other companies we have used (letterbox flowers) Flowers died within a week Most didn’t even open Unfortunately these did not meet our expectations.

Have purchased before from Prezzie Box which if asked would have been a 5 star excellent review. This time however 2 Star as told on expected date of delivery of my birthday gift to a relative that item out of stock and refunded money. Dissapointed in service on this occasion.

The flowers arrived on Saturday, outside packaging intact, the flowers that were in bloom were crushed, long stem Freesias, there was no damp packaging to keep flowers fresh, some were broken, I have trimmed the down as best I could, followed the enclosed instructions, but it’s now Monday and most are now dying. I’m afraid I don’t think I will be ordering again.

Paid for express delivery, ordered well in advance for this to happen and it still hasnt arrived 3 days later, not impressed with that at all. The gifts are nice however and well made but it is tainted heavily by the postage.

Prosecco & chocolates. Order turned up in time but the chocolates were fully melted!! The box had been subjected to significant temperature.

When we got it one of the bottles were broken and when we tried to get hold of you it says that you are not open on weekends
