Thought this would be a great little idea. Had delivery and opened with great expectations but was sadly disappointed. One photo i sent had a slight bit of sunshine in but picture was still clear. This didnt turn out very well not sure why. Other photos are ok to a degree. For the Price i wouldnt bother again.. To summarise its a Quirky gift and should go down with a laugh But wouldnt buy another

Hi I was a little bit disappointed that the order which I had made for two items which were Valentines day presents were not delivered because we are based in Northern Ireland. I am not interested in the poliltics of this but I wondered why it was not made clear during the ordering process that it would not be possible to deliver? The items looked great - we just never go the chance to find out if they were or not. Thanks Stay safe and keep well. Take care John Daly

Much smaller & disappointed £18 with postage. Candle no bigger than a Tea light. NOT WORTH IT

The item was out of the crushed box, lose in the envelope which was also damage. Not very well packaged at all,

Before I placed my order I read the delivery terms and conditions. There was no mention of brexit and bei unable to send non personalised items to Northern Ireland. No mention at all. Therefore I placed my order. Only to receive an email informing me that my order was cancelled. Not impressed with prezzybox.

Customer service and website , faultless however it doesn’t really excuse that my item arrived with a large bird poo on I am just so confused how it wasn’t noticed and how a place of work didn’t notice a bird in their workshop/ factory like it’s a bird come on.

Why would you use Hermes! They never call to say that they are outside also, after they have done all there attempts they then just sell you parcel on and make money of you never receiving your order. I have put my number into this order and they have not once called me. Not happy as this is a birthday present.. What happens if they do not deliver it? Do you re-send it?

I ordered the 100 dates scratch off poster and when it arrived, the box was very damaged to the point where the tape holding it together was hanging off. The package inside was okay but the outside box was in pieces.

Ordered the personalised dog socks as a present. They arrived very promptly but I was disappointed in the quality of them. They are quite thin and cheap looking. Poor quality for the price.

This was actually so disappointing! I had such great faith in this product. I sent a cookie to a friend (one of the letterbox prezzies) and it looks nothing like advertised. If you order it, it will come in a small box and just two normal sticky labels inside. I couldve done this on Microsoft Word! I'm kind of laughing at the fact that it was soooo bad!! I should've read the reviews before I wasted my money! Nevermind... I've learnt my lesson.

Unable to write a review as I ordered on Monday and paid for delivery which said next day. It is now Thursday and the package has still not arrived. This was a 50th birthday gift which is now late. Not impressed! The card arrived next day.
