Vodka blue bottle in silk lined box Price acceptable and delivery good, disappointed with how the message was printed on the label! In small letters printed at right angles, so small and hardly readable. POOR

Unfortunately an order I placed couldn't be delivered to Northern Ireland, website didn't pick up on this and took payment. I was really disappointed as the gift was a surprise for my daughter and I hadn't been notified that delivery wasn't going to happen. I chased the order, had to call to sort out refund (to be fair, this was in the process of being done). I will still use the company for mainland delivery to fiends etc. Customer service we're great 🙂

Order was delivered very quickly. Would have been more stars but I was disappointed that the chocolate books that I bought for a Birthday gift were a little bashed and not (as I would expect for the price) pristine and the handmade soaps didn't have a seal on the box so that it opened up when I took it out of the packing (upside down)

Arrived on time in a well packaged, cool box. Slightly disappointed the dough was ready made as we thought we would make it at home. The ingredients were lovely if a bit sparse.

It was a shame that the letterbox, flat bottle of wine was packed inside such a large outer box. It made it seem a bit pointless ordering a flattened bottle, you could’ve just put a normal bottle in the box!

The delivery was very quick....Also they let me know when item was Being dispatched etc.....only trouble was the person who delivered it Sqashed it through my letterbox....so the box of Maltesers was very dented and looked tatty!!! I know it’s not your fault but it was quite disappointing as this was a small Valentines gift.
