Items were damaged in the box, however too late to return

Unfortunately you choose to use Hermes as your courier! It's not the first time our deliveries via them have gone missing. (They were not deliveries from you)., but certainly any business using Hermes to deliver their goods are damaging their own business. Part of my order was personalised and came in the post as you promised. I have been in touch with your Customer Services who are refunding one gift and are resenting the other but I have 2 young boys that won't be getting my gifts till after Christmas!

The item I bought was delivered by itself without a box or a wrapper or anything, just as is in its own packaging! If the person I bought it for was the one to find the delivery, it would ruin the element of surprise on Christmas Day. I'm not pleased at all and I don't think I will be buying anything from the company in the future.

Orderd two items on 13 December. Estimated delivery for item 1 was 15-Dec to 19-Dec. Estimated delivery for item 2 was 19-Dec to 21-Dec. Both items were dispatched on 18-Dec - why the delay? Item 1 delivered on 20-Dec. Still waiting for item 2 today (23-Dec). Why weren't they dispatched together?

The book I bought appeared bigger on the website picture. Quality poor as well. won't be using this site again so I hope I am not pestered by relentless e-mails. It will be going in the bin as I cannot insult someone by giving at a gift. I am not spending time and money sending it back either

I ordered my items 10 days before Christmas and was told it would take 3-5 working days to arrive. I waited 7 days and still did not receive my items or an email stating they had even been dispatched. I emailed prezzybox and they told me that one of my items was out of stock. I had no email previous to this which infuriated me as it was now to late to buy from anywhere else before Christmas. Why have items on your site if there out of stock! I will not be ordering from here again!

It stated online that delivery takes 1-2 days, not the 7 I experienced and resulted in the gift being late for the event.

I placed an order, with next day delivery, 5 days later no sign of it, i get in touch to find out some of the items are out of stock, i was given the option to have the in stock items delivered. I understand items can go out of stock faster than the website can update, but if i hadn't of got in touch i still would be non the wiser, the assistant i spoke to was very helpful, but why did i not have an update on my order for 5 working days, AND it took me having to contact yourselves for this update, not happy.

Disappointed with my purchase of the vibrating eye massager. I thought the vibration would be strong, however you could not feel anything even with pressure. Did not perform as described.

I order my items on Thursday 14th and paid for them to be delivered on Saturday 16th, they did not arrive until the Wednesday 20th! Delivery was refunded but then it took 4 extra days for the rest of my refund. In the mean time i had to spend extra money buying replacement gifts as they were due to be given on the Tuesday 19th! All in all a very stressful and unpleasant experience

Disappointed that there was no free delivery option. Images made the products look a lot larger than what actually arrived.

The foot massager did not have any instructions with it which is unusual and although it vibrates when you turn it on it does not actually massage.
