“My parcel was delivered the next day even though I had ordered the 5-6 day delivery. It was very unexpected as I had ordered it late at night and I live in a tiny village in the countryside where everything gets delayed. Unfortunately, one of my chocolate bombes were broken when it was delivered, but everything else was in place. Will definitely be buying from here again.”

“I spent days looking for the perfect present for a friend. Prezzybox has lots of really cute decor that I thought would look great in her new bedroom. While the order has not arrived yet, the order process was quick and simple, and I was able to send a cute gift card to my friend for when she receives the order. Very happy with the service, and would be happy to order from Prezzybox again!”

“Lots of choice on the website and great ideas for gifts. Might be nice to see more personalised ideas - and sometimes prices seemed to high for the product. However found some great presents and very happy”

“My order arrived alot quicker than expected. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit however, as soon as I contacted them they apologised and sent a replacement straight away. Excellent customer service. I would definitely shop here again.”
