Items came and the packaging was slightly damaged and grubby. Not impressed.

I am currently waiting for a parcel that was sent out over a week ago. I understand that it is a busy time of year but it was a birthday present for my partner who's birthday is tomorrow and when I was told that delivery was expected on the 29th of November to the 1st of December I did not see an issue. However I have been in contact and was told to ask my sorting office if they had seen it and they hadn't so I am waiting for a reply from the customer services team here to see what the next move is.

My product has not been delivered. Was estimated for 2 December. Now the 6th. Response from Prezzy Box was... wait a bit more, then check with Royal Mail. No good enough.

advised it would arrive before close of play on Friday 2nd December, unfortunately this was not the case, the parcel only arrived this morning. I work at the address and also made it in on Saturday to see if it had arrived of which it had not. The present was for an event on the Saturday night of which I embarrassingly couldn't provide the said gift infront of guests

Bought a mug, that was broken, when I rang up i was told I could only return it if all the packaging and bubble wrap was still inflated. And also they don’t refund or accept any returns that have been damaged in transition! So I’ve paid £8.99 for a broken cup that is no use to anyone and also had to pay out for another from somewhere else! Will not be using prezzybox again.

The delivery was due on the 1st Dec - I needed it for the secret Santa I was doing the following day. It did not arrive until the 4th; this was too late

Delivery was promised between the Wednesday 29th November and Friday 1st December and the gift was for a party on Saturday 2nd December. The gift eventually arrived on Monday lunchtime the 4th December. Live chat host did apologise but said they couldn't control the Xmas post etc and when I pointed out that perhaps this could be explained when ordering so you make allowances I got a further rebuff that it wasn't your problem

The item was quite expensive but when delivered was a lot smaller than anticipated and also the item had clearly been broken on delivery and the bottom chocolate plate with the writing on it had broken off completely.

Ordered some personalised place mats for my Daughters. They arrived promptly, however if i knew they where going to be a laminated piece of paper id have done them myself. No where in the description does it state that this is the case.

After a week of not knowing where my package was, i contacted Prezzybox to find out where it is. Turns out, the item i had ordered was out of stock and that had failed to inform me of this eventhough they had already taken the money out of my account. The reason im giving them 2 stars is because the lady that has fixed this for me was very nice about the situation but lets just say, this is my first and last time purchasing from here.

The prices of the items and delivery on prezzybox was ridiculous considering what you get for the price. Also I wasn’t told that my parcel was being delivered on the day it was therefore missed the delivery.
