Although the personalised Toblerone is a lovely gift, I found it extremely over priced and not good value for money. You are basically paying £10 for a card board sleeve!

lovely gift of trinket box but it was very small and not much use for trinkets. If it had not been personalised i would have returned it as it was expensive fro what it was.

The item I received was a lot smaller than expected, it is a father's Day gift so we will see how the seeds grow, expensive for what you get.

the Prezzybox looks a lot bigger in picture maybe a picture with someones hand or something there for a bit of scale I was expecting the candle to be the same size as the whole box.

The face masks are not as shown on the website. They don't fit under the chin or snuggly over the nose. Not worth the money charged.

The products you've got on the site are good fun and quality and gave us a chuckle. Sadly the package sent wasn't exactly to the same standard. Could see what was in the box through the celertape sealing the top and a corner was torn. Plus one product box being squashed so the one airplus pack obviously wasn't adequate enough...need more attention to packing.

Good website with excellent choice of presents but let down by logistics partner. I ordered on Friday morning for delivery on Saturday for 21st birthday .....it’s now Monday evening and still not arrived feel so let down !!

The process of uploading And receiving the order was ok , however I would encourage you to read the small print when looking for sizes . The item I ordered was listed as a blanket . I assumed in error it would indeed be at least bid enough for an adult however it really isn’t . Having checked on the website it is listed in the item size description as being 75cm x 100cm so it is so small I don’t really think you could call it a blanket unless it’s for a cot or pet . I accept I should have read ALL the details . I now have a personalised completely useless rather expensive bit of material Instead of the funny quirky blanket I thought I was buying for my husbands 50th birthday . Lesson learnt !

Unfortunately I placed the order only to be told it was cancelled as the item was no longer in stock. To be fair they did let me know fairly quickly but it was a disappointment

The items where great but they came in a terrible state. The box was so battered it was opened slightly. The box had 2 posters (all a bit bashed) and a paper back book that was also bent and has sticky residue on the back?? Not happy with delivery at all

Ordered a card and present and paid for express postage. Only when the transaction had been completed did it let me know that the gift would be express delivered but the card would arrive many more days after that. The card was delivered after the recipient’s birthday!

Totally disappointed with this purchase. Box, thank heavens was delivered to me rather than recipient, was torn, poor quality. Would not recommend and certainly will never purchase again, will pop to local shops and purchase chocolate direct and package it myself. Don’t waste your money
