“I purchased a personalised hammer which the quality was as expected and to a high quality. However, I also purchased a personalised apron which was made from cheap quality material and was almost seethrough despite buying the cotton version which was supposed to be a higher quality. I would not recommend this product.”

“I ordered three items, no order acknowledgment for any of them, delivery was confirmed for one for yesterday, still not arrived, second item to be here end of week and no delivery details for third order”

“I bought several items, most of which arrived in one very badly sealed and packed cardboard box. One of the items - the chocolates - were strewn everywhere inside the large box, with fragments everywhere and the gap in the top of the box was so large it was easy to put my hand inside without moving the flimsy single strip of cellotape which had been used to try to seal it. So all in all, the products were badly let down by the packaging process.”

“Gift arrived for my wife's birthday, needless to say the quality is the poorest ever, certainly not purchasing anything again. Absolute rubbish!!!!! Packaging was poor and arrived later than expected!”

“The box was battered when I undid the plastic covering used for delivery. It probably didn't help that the delivery driver chucked the parcel through the open window of my porch. This item was a Christmas present for a friend who lives abroad and I have no time for a replacement to be sent as I had to post the present for it to arrive before Christmas. This is the first and last time I use Prezzybox.”

“I have only received half of my order I hope the rest comes ready for Christmas Day, the book Shag your self thin is very poor quality I have had better gifts in Christmas Crackers not worth £3-99. I would only pay a few pence.”
