My order hadon't turned up and I got no indication on email or text as to why and had to go into tracking to find out that it was being held. However there is no indication why and no one has contacted me. I have since emailed but still waiting for response.

The item I bought was for s gift which according to the delivery dates shown would of been here well on time, however I still haven't received it? I have had to get in touch to find the problem is the product wasn't in stock despite it showing it was. It then took 3 days for a response which was very half hearted and didn't even apologise. Won't be using again.

ordered a personalised leather wash bag, got an email days later saying its damaged and they cant send it to me, last one in stock, offered my a canvas horrible one instead, really let down , refused to take the cheap one

I ordered a book and chocolate frogs but as they were sent together there wasn't enough protective packaging around the frogs and the book squashed the chocolate frogs. As they were for a birthday present I didn't have time to return and reorder. Something for you to think of when sending things out in future.

The listing said dispatched within 1-2 days but it took 5 days. The item was made out of cheap wood with a very poor finish and was definitely not worth £27 it cost me to buy and delivery.

I found this website while looking for same day delivery flower and gift stores. This came up in the results and browsed the site for a gift for about 1hr until I checked out I saw the present would be delivered the next day. I bought my girlfriend flowers so they would arrive on the day of our anniversary and hoped the present would arrive the next day. After I saw the confirmation email was that I saw the estimated delivery date was between the next day and 4 days after. My girlfriend was all day the second day after our anniversary and the delivery person never rung the bell so my girlfriend had to go to the delivery person's house to retrieve her present. On top of the false delivery time advertisement and my girlfriend having to pick up her present, most of the items I found on the website cost twice as much as they do on Amazon plus the postage fee. This experience made me register for Amazon Prime. The only advantage this website could have over amazon is if they deliver the same day as online flower stores do or at least the next day. Another thing this site has to work on is the presentation, they deliver in ugly cardboard boxes. If you are advertising the website as a source of presents and happiness, you should be gift wrapping and hand delivering them.

Seeing as this is a website purely aimed at those wanting to SEND A PRESENT, it is terrible that you cannot write a message to the recipient. When calling the company to query this, the fact that they actually thought it was OK to say 'but they get a delivery note with your name on it' shows just how unprofessional they are. How is a delivery note a suitable substitute for Happy Birthday?!?! I don't think they have sent presents before judging by that response. Due to my dissatisfaction they advisor offered a £5 off voucher code - which didn't work! And asked me to email a Richard with my gift message, promising this would be added with the gift (which I really needed as the present was from myself and other friends!) - but unsurprisingly they did not action this promise either! On the plus side, the present arrived with my friend in good time.

Poor may be a slightly over reaction but ... our order was for two items, a pair of lamb knitted booties estimated to arrive between 9 - 11 August, which they did, which qualifies for excellent service The other item was a personalised 18th birthday craft flute estimated to arrive between 12 - 17 August but which has yet to arrive on the 18th, with the birthday being 19th

The engraved vase I bought was was poor quality. It did not hold the flowers well being too narrow at the top and the engraving was very small and could hardly be seen at all when placed on with the flowers in. Very disappointing as bought for a special person's important birthday.

I ordered the gift online and there was no issue. When the present didn't arrive (there was a 3 day window given) from Royal Mail, I called Prezzybox. I couldn't track this particular item. I was advised that neither could Prezzybox as it came via a supplier, so they would need to follow up with the supplier direct. I was then advised the supplier had sent it 2 day Royal Mail delivery and I was somehow made to feel like it was my fault that it hadn't arrived which wasn't appreciated. Then I was advised that sometimes these gifts get left at the sorting office and could I go to the sorting office to see if this was the case. I had a couple of issues with this. Firstly I didn't see why I should be the one to go and see if it was there and secondly , if I did go I would not have had a tracking or delivery number anyway. After I complained about this, I was offered a replacement, which same in a couple of days to my work and was signed for. The gift was OK. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from Prezzybox is , if you have a deadline (this present was for my wife's birthday from my children) be aware that they have limited control over their supply chain (no tracking number, didn't seem to be able to tell me what was going on for a while) so any order would be at your own risk. Also if something isn't forthcoming in the time allocated be slightly more direct than I was in correspondence initially to get a swift resolution.

With in seconds of placing my order I realised I had not put in a different delivery address to my billing address. I sent an email to this effect. I received an email back saying it was not possible to change it. Should not have been a problem at all as both communications were before the next working day.

One of my latest purchases is not on par with what Prezzybox is normally like. The quality of the product is absolutely horrible and not on, it's very upsetting.

The packaging was damaged and the door of the indoor allotment wouldn't close properly but because it was a present there was no time to send it back!! Disappointed as it was a retirement present!!
