The amount of products is great but I’m disappointed with delivery as it didn’t arrive when estimated

I ordered a nose and ear trimmer and when it came the back was missing I asked for a refund and got no reply.

Wrong delivery address, refused to cancel to the original address. Hard to talk to someone, had to ask my sis to make a phone call and got refund and rearrange courier for present back to original. Felt wee disappointed

Website easy to use. Personalisation of product good but when it arrived not as the picture on website. Paid for postage and packaging only to find dents in the tin. Tried calling several times over several days but constantly engaged. Very unhappy customer as this was a present. Not very good value for money!

Viewing and ordering is pretty straight forward no dramas in that area, the site is well laid out and it's easy to find things so no problem there, I'm not sure why I've been asked to do this review because the item I ordered is late being delivered so I'm assuming an invitation to leave a review is automatically sent to everyone a day or two after their estimated delivery date has passed but unfortunately I can't comment on delivery, or how good the packaging is or if the item arrives in a satisfactory state obviously with it being late all I can say is I'll give Prezzybox another go one day when I need a gift and if my item is late then I'll probably leave it at that.

Ordered the personalised teddy in a tin, and came with the complete wrong etching, a big inconvience when christmas is round the corner, hopefully replacement will come in time!

I ordered something and paid for Saturday courier delivery as I needed it before Tuesday. It never arrived. I called and although customer services were really good and organised a refund for me, I was still charged £5.99 for the delivery. I emailed them to ask to be refunded the delivery charge to but they have never responded. I shouldn't be charged for a delivery that never happened. Its not my fault that between you and dpd you managed to misplace the package.

Pretty useless, order personalised Christmas presents which the chat bot and website said would be delivered before Xmas (2 weeks before the event) - subsequent tracking info says after Xmas. Chat box now says there was a technical fault and info not received by supplier. Useless and unreliable. Still waiting on rest of the order

Our order of a mug was delivered yesterday completely smashed. The box was much bigger than the item with no protective packaging. When I called customer services, they have assured me that a replacement will be received by tomorrow

The item came very quickly, exactly as described. Unfortunately Yodel the delivery company used by Prezzybox were very unprofessional, i was sent an email telling me when the parcel would be delivered. I waited in to then be sent another email telling me they could not deliver as no one was in and they had left a calling card. I had no calling card and was definately at home. Tge parcel was left the next day. Would not use thus company again.
