“The item on the website are all 5* items the reason for 4* is I didn't receive the confirmation or order email straight away it came a day late so I was wondering if I had actually order but thats just not picking other than that it's brilliant”

“I placed my original order on a Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday, soaking wet so HERMEs took it back. I phoned for a replacement, as it hadn't arrived by Saturday I e-mailed, the order arrived on Monday, in good condition. Overall happy with the goods and the speed of replacement once chased. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend.”
