I paid specially for Saturday delivery (I ordered on a Friday) well within the time I was allowed and my product was not delivered until Monday.

Much smaller than expected extremely hard to open and didn't like the resin over the sparkly stones generally disappointed 😔

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry you can't track your order. We don't offer tracking for personalised items through our website. We offer tracking only for items dispatched from us directly. Poor quality and the text on it was small (not like it was in the image) didn't have any gas in it saying I had to pay over £10. Packaging was awful, came in a tiny plain box and in a plastic bag.. no effort to make it look like a present. Wouldn't recommend, waste of money

I think they look very good but £10 I don't think is good value for money as there are only 6 in a box. Makes it an expensive joke.

I ordered this on Tuesday and was told it was despatched Wednesday. It didn't arrive until the afternoon of Friday - by Royal Mail and not courier as per tracking. Not very fast service.

Package arrived a day late (so missed my dads bithday) and the greeting card I ordered wasn't included! So he just got a random present delivered a day after his birthday with no explanation of what it is or who it's from!

I ordered the item, it was marked as dispatched on Tuesday. It is now Saturday and it has not arrived. It was to be a gift for my partner whilst I was working away but I have returned home now.

The box was delivered in a terrible state , appreciate this may be the courier at fault but had it been placed in a suitable box with adequate tape this wouldn't have happened . The present box is now damaged too, not happy for a first purchase

The items are nice but the service is poor, I paid extra to have my items delivery the next day but they didn't arrive until the evening the day after which was too late, I phone the office and left a message and didn't receive a response. I'm not a happy customer!

Gave me an order no. that was not recognised by tracking- told it was an incorrect no. There was no indication it would come by post. Customer service did not deign to answer my e-mail.

We still haven't received the gift which was supposed to be on a 24 hr delivery. It was ordered last weekend and it is now Wednesday.

I ordered the product because it said it would be delivered by 30th Sept. I needed it for that day. I did not receive the product until 2nd October. I am not impressed. I would not have bought the product otherwise, so basically you got the sale because you lied
